- Cancellations made with less than 48h hours notice: In the event of a last-minute cancellation, a fee of $70 US dollars will be charged to cover the costs incurred by our team.

- No-shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a fee equal to 100% of the total service cost will be charged.
